As many of you already know, we spend a lot of time at our local bowling alley. With that being said, I was there a few weeks ago when an older couple was bowling and a lady went past the approach line and fell. I thought for sure she broke her hip the way she fell but thankfully she was alright.
I was reading an article on a website 'Bowling for Seniors.com' that talks about how bowling can be a great hobby for seniors. There are some great tips on the above mentioned website that I am sure you will enjoy as well.
